Drop-off/Pickup items: $10.00/30 minutes

*Any incurred expenses for errands will be billed in addition to service rates*

Concierge Private Ride Service - 

Fee is determined on time and distance (contact us for a quote)

Purpose

- This personal concierge business policy outlines the service fee structure for charging customers on a per-task basis, ensuring transparency, fairness, and consistency in billing.  

Scope

- The errand policy applies to all customers utilizing our errand services where fees are charged per individual task rather than a flat rate or subscription.  

Task Definition

- A "task" is defined as a single unit of work or service completed as part of the customer’s request. Each task has a predetermined fee based on complexity, time, and resources required.  

 Billing & Payment Terms

- Invoicing: Customers receive an electronic invoice of service completed 

- Payment Methods: Credit/debit cards, cash, venmo, paypal, pay link 

- Due Date: Payment due within 7 days of invoice 

Disputes & Refunds

- Disputes must be submitted within 5 business days of invoice receipt.  

- Refunds or adjustments considered for incomplete or incorrectly executed tasks. 

Policy Updates

- Fees and terms may be revised with *30 days notice* to customers.
